Evan also made it possible for us to beat out other buyers that had already placed an offer on our current home and were in negotiations with the seller. Evan may seem like a humble reserved agent, but he is a "pit-bull" and will do anything to help you get into your new home! There were even some undisclosed HOA transfer fees that we realized just prior to closing in which Evan and his team are still working to get reversed.
